Not a megaman fan that probally didn't make the rating any better but I looked beyond that and did somewhat enjoy some of the effects you did, and that you were "considerate" for the 56K users.. *cough* lazy *cough*.. excuse me, but yeh the sounds were pretty straight forward, the graphics were decent, not too bad of a job I suggest making the 56K users wait so the growing mass of high speed users don't get pissed off with the short movies, keep up the work ; )
